Talita Viljoen graduated in BA sports, health and leisure science from the University of North West Potchefstroom in 2009. She completed the following courses from Balancing touch - Swedish massage, Balinese scalp massage, Remedial sports massage, Bamboo sports massage, Hot stone massage level 3, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Pregnancy massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage - in order for her to pursue her career in Massage therapy. She is passionate about her role in assisting the body in it's own healing ability and dedicated to helping her clients to enjoy a better quality of life and getting them back to their normal symptom-free lifestyles through the use of massage therapy and reflexology.

Time and again she has seen the incredible healing power of her treatments.

At Equilibrium Massage Therapy & Reflexology, our mission is to provide a holistic approach to well-being. With compassion and dedication, we create a nurturing space for clients to embark on a profound journey of healing using various forms of massage and reflexology techniques. Every client is unique, therefore every treatment is unique, ensuring utmost care and attention. During the first session a client consultation is done to ensure the best approach in order to treat not only the symptoms but the cause of the problem and thereby preventing further injuries. Sixty-minute sessions allows enough time for thorough hands on treatment enabling our clients to return to their everyday lives feeling renewed.
